  • The Certificate program is ideal for beginners who want to understand the fundamentals of photography and build a solid foundation.

  • The Diploma program offers an in-depth, comprehensive approach, equipping students with advanced knowledge and practical skills to excel in professional photography across various industries, including events, commercial, and artistic photography.

Beginner Photography Course
  1. The Beginner Certificate program is a 3-month course with a monthly fee of Ksh 12,000. The course teaches you how to operate a camera and use Adobe Photoshop to edit your photos. The entry requirement is Open, meaning anyone can enroll.

The Advanced Certificate also lasts for 3 months, costing Ksh 12,000 per month. It builds on the beginner course, covering advanced camera techniques, lighting, and flash photography. You must have completed the beginner course to enroll.

The Pro/Diploma level is a 4-month program that costs Ksh 12,000 per month. This course immerses you in the business side of photography. Upon completion, you will earn a diploma. The entry requirement is to have passed the Advanced course.

For those in a hurry, the Fast Track option allows you to complete the course in just 1 month for a one-time fee of Ksh 45,000. Alternatively, if you only want to focus on editing, the Photo Editing Only course is a 1-month program that costs Ksh 25,000. This course focuses on software like Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One.

A Photography course at Visualdo Institute offers hands-on training with the latest techniques, tools, and industry practices, ensuring students develop real-world skills in capturing, editing, and producing high-quality images. The comprehensive curriculum is designed for both beginners and advanced learners, providing a clear pathway to enhance creative expertise while staying competitive in the ever-evolving photography and visual media industry.

To apply, you need to pay a non-refundable application fee of Ksh 2,000, fill out an application form, and submit it along with two passport photos and your ID or passport. After receiving the admission letter, you can pay your school fees and start classes.

The school offers both physical and online learning. Physical classes are held 3-5 days a week for 2-4 hours a day. Online and evening/weekend classes are also available upon request.
