We use semester for period of learning. One semester has 3 months. One year has 4 semesters.- Our Certificate is 1 year (4 semesters)
- Our Diploma is 2 years (8 semesters)
- Short Course is 3 months
- Crashed Timetable: Short-term for 1-2 months are available upon request.
- CLASS SESSIONS:
Classes are available Days and Evenings.- Days (7am-4pm).
- Evening (4pm-8pm).
- 3-5 days a week, 2-4 hours a day.

Application Process
How to Apply (4 Simple Steps)
1. Explore Programs
Find your ideal course from our extensive list of diploma, certificate, and short courses.
2. Submit Application
Complete the online application form and upload all required documents.
3. Entrance Requirements
Complete entrance requirements (some programs require interview/exam).
4. Receive Admission
Pay the application fees (Ksh 2,000) and secure your spot with your admission letter.
In-Class Learning Requirements
- Fill and Submit Application Form.
- Pay Non-refundable Application Fees of Ksh 2000.
- Attach two Passport size photos.
- Copy of National ID(or waitlist) or Passport.
- High School Result Slip: D- for certificate and C- for diploma. No grade is required for enrollment into short courses.
- 1 Lever Arch A4 PVC Box File (Any Color)
- Receive admission letter from us stating you have been accepted to study at Visualdo Institute.
- Pay school fees before start of class. (Max 3 installments accepted).
- Share payment confirmations to +254798325330 (Accounts) via WhatsApp.
- Receive the timetable.
- Start classes.
Online Learning Requirements
- Go to the online link: online.visuaido.ac.ke
- Select your course and click register.
- Pay the fees for that course online.
- Submit any requested documents electronically.
- Begin your classes
