  • Capital budgeting and investment decision-making.
  • Capital structure, cost of capital, and financial risk management.
  1. Corporate Finance:
  • Understanding the financial structure and operations of corporations.
  • Valuation of stocks and bonds.
  • Financial markets and institutions.
  1. Auditing and Assurance:
  • Introduction to auditing principles and practices.
  • Internal controls and risk assessment.
  • The role of auditors in ensuring the integrity and reliability of financial information.

  • Intakes: January, April, July, September
  • Certificate: 12 months (4 semesters)
  • Diploma: 24 months (8 semesters)
  • One semester = 3 months
  • Fees: Ksh42,000 a semester (payable in instalments of Ksh14,000 a month)
  • Grade(KCSE): Diploma C-, Certificate D-
